Silicone Masterbatch RJ-S104
Description
RJ-S104 is ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in Thermoplastic Polyurethane. It is widely used as an additive in resin compatible system to improve processing properties and surface quality. With RJ-104, properties like liquidity, de-molding, dispersion are highly improved. Meanwhile, the coefficient of friction is lowered and surface become smoother, thereby improving anti-friction properties, scratch and abrasion resistance.

Application
This product can be used in variety of applications, including:
Due to its standard particle form, RJ-S104 can improve thermoplastic polyurethane\'s properties in many aspects as an additive:
- It is suitable for directly injection molding, extrusion, and blown film after mixing with the plastic particles.
- It can obviously improve the processing fluidity, reduce torque and enhance throughput.
- It can enhance surface smoothness and improve the mold filling ability and de-molding properties when injection molding.
- It can also enhance surface gloss and reduce die drool.
- With low migration and no exudation, RJ-S104 will not affect printing and coating properties.
- RJ-S104 can be used with all known additives, used together with fillers can promote the dispersion of fillers.
- RJ-S104 can used as the food contact additive, the polyolefin part of RJ-S104 is compliance with article 177.1520(c)3 of FDA, siloxane part is compliance with 181.28 of FDA.
