Foam Stabilizer RJ-H1603 is a non-hydrolyzable polysiloxane polyether copolymer that has been developed especially for rigid & microcellular polyurethane foam applications.

Features and Advantages

1. General purpose surfactant for rigid foam application such as panel, solar heater, spray. Typical use level is 2.0 to 3.0 parts per hundred of polyol (php).

2. Highly recommended to be used in the rigid applications which require high compressive strength, excellent fire retardant performance.

3. Can be also used as surfactant for microcellular applications such require high compressive strength, excellent fire retardant performance.


Foam Stabilizer RJ-H1603 is available in 200kg iron drum. 


This product should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from fire and heat source. This product will be turbid and even solidified at low temperature. No impact on performance and usage. Heated to around 30 ℃ can restore transparency.

Shelf life

12 months of storage period or longer if the test is qualified to continue to use.
